How it works:

• Place order to secure your reserve; deposit only due today
• We take your cow to our USDA certified butcher on nearest harvest date (March 1, June 1, September 1, or December 1)
• Meat is packaged and ready roughly 4-6 weeks after harvest date
• We pick up your meat from the butcher and bring it back for your scheduled pick up (no shipping available on reserve beef)
• Final payment is due at time of pickup
• 2.5 cubic feet of freezer space is recommended
• Standard Cut Sheet offered (no customizations on eighth and quarter reserves)
