We are the Cooper family, Zach, Diane, Beckett, Easton, Miles, and Landry. Around here, we are fondly known as The Coop Troop. Zach and Diane have spent years building a life together centered on faith, family, and the courage to chase bold new dreams.
Zach’s parents, Bob and Carla Cooper, are third generation farmers who have raised American Wagyu cattle for more than a decade. For years, Bob encouraged Zach to bring this beef directly to families. In February 2025, that vision became reality. Today, the Coopers are honored to share beef they proudly serve their own family.
The name The Hilltop carries deep meaning. In the 1970s, Zach’s grandparents, Charles and Irene Cooper, purchased land in north central Missouri and built their home there. They lovingly called it The Hilltop. Today, we honor their legacy by continuing the Cooper family tradition under the same name. We are proud to share our heritage, our beef, and our journey with you.
