Please note:
1) A deposit is due at the time of your online reservation to secure your harvest. The remaining balance will be charged when your beef is ready for pickup.
2) Bulk beef is available for local pickup only. Due to the size and weight of these orders (typically 50-400 lbs), we currently offer pickup so we can ensure your beef stays in perfect condition.
3) A standard cut sheet is included with all bulk beef options. Customers reserving a half or whole beef also have the opportunity to complete a custom cut sheet to tailor their order. Due to shared processing, custom cut sheets are not available for eighth or quarter beef.
